5/ For swimming pool access card, tenant will have to submit: (1) $75.00 will be refunded to the tenant if tenant do not lose or damage the access card but return it to owner at the end of the lease term, plus (2) $25.00 non-refundable register and mailing fees.
6/ $40.00 non-refundable credit check.
