The house is in a great, safe neighborhood and has 2 bedrooms and two baths, all hardwood floors and a fully finished basement with a room set up as a clothing closet. The basement can be used as a third bedroom or game/family room and is cable/satellite ready.
My historic house has built-ins from the original construction, central cooling and heating, a covered front porch, small cabin kitchen with gas stove and plenty of cabinets, washer and dryer in the second bathroom and a HUGE yard. House is also equipped with an alarm system that is paid for by landlord. House has a pet door and pets are negotiable with an additional deposit.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
