The home is in great shape. The rooms are about 12x10 one is about 10x10. I am a great land lord looking for a great renter. I am willing to work with people with forclosers, but you must have at least one year on your current job. I understand the hard times in the country that is why I had to move out of state. I am in the middle of a eviction right now and i cannot afford to go through another one. I will need referances from you, for example rental history. I am currently living in Las Vegas that is why I need to find a renter I have family that still lives in Michigan that can hand over the keys show you the house ect. I love my home and do not plan on letting it go into forcloser, that is why I need someone that i can trust to pay there rent. I am only interested on renting to reliable renters I am asking for one month sec. dep and the rent to move in, looking for someone to do at lease a 6 month lease I my move beck in 6 monthes but I am not sure yet.
