My name is Maria and I have a great home for rent. My home is about 1000 sq ft. three bedrooms, all applicances are in the house remodeled bathroom, pergo floors throughout the home. The home is in great shape. The rooms are about 12x10 one is about 10x10. I am a great land lord looking for a great renter. I am willing to work with people with forclosers, but you must have at least one year on your current job. I understand the hard times in the country that is why I had to move out of state. I am in the middle of a eviction right now and i cannot afford to go through another one. I will need referances from you, for example rental history. I am currently living in Las Vegas that is why I need to find a renter I have family that still lives in Michigan that can hand over the keys show you the house ect. I love my home and do not plan on letting it go into forcloser, that is why I need someone that i can trust to pay there rent. I am only interested on renting to reliable renters I am asking for one month sec. dep and the rent to move in, looking for someone to do at lease a 6 month lease I my move beck in 6 monthes but I am not sure yet.
