Very friendly neighborhood. Country in the middle of the city. Country setting but just 5 minutes from everything (SweetBay, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Restaurants, and much more). Hardly any traffic that comes on the street. Neighbors look out for one another. There is a circle in the middle of the road with grass so there is plenty of room for kids to play (or adults). There is a pond in the middle of the street as well. Very motivated landlord- willing to negotiate terms of the deposit. Give me a call and you might be surprised with what I would consider.
