The home is 55 miles from the city, 684 and the commuter train are 4 minutes away. One can be in NYC in 1 hour on the commuter train or less by car, depending on traffic (morning commute is 1:15 to midtown if you are on 684 by 7AM). Rent would be $2,950 per month for a lease of one year. Rental payments would include spring and fall clean-up, but exclude utilities.
