The unit is fully furnished, including 70" HDTV. We also pay for pool, spa, lawn and major maintenance. Leases also available in periods different from 6 months. Walk two blocks to a no-drive conservation beach or drive on with a whole expedition less than 1 mile away. The best beach - Daytona - without the crowds. When you are done, cookout and play by the screened in (bug resistant) pool, then relax after dinner in your own hot tub. Wrap up the evening by watching your 70" HDTV, from the pool or from the leather couch. Take a moment before bed to step outside in the cool evening air for a last look at the stars in your dark, brilliant sky. Plan what to eat tomorrow, and let the rest go as you drift naturally to sleep (its a good tired) on your luxury mattress. Sleep easy, knowing that your private luxury is costing you less than it would cost if you had spread your family and friends among 4 hotel rooms (sleeps 3 couples privately, and 8 persons comfortably)
