Guest Cottage-You pay NO utilities!

Applications are now being accepted for this newly remodeled stand-alone studio guest house with many custom details. Available date approximately August 15. Everything is included in your rent: all utilities, your own washer/dryer in attached laundry room, satellite DVR service, wireless internet, and private driveway parking for one vehicle only. We are looking for a quiet, well-established single person (smoking absolutely prohibited) with no pets. The cottage includes air conditioning, electric fireplace, private deck, full bathroom and separate kitchen with small refrigerator, microwave, convection toaster oven, and two-burner cook-top. You will need to have a cell phone and post office box to receive mail. First month’s rent and $1100 security deposit due in cash on signing of rental agreement.
