There is a view of the beach from the balcony, which is accessable from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet as well as a mirror closet that covers one wall. There are two parking spaces avaiable. I say $3400/mo, but if you are nice, respectable people I will consider best offer.
The location is in a very peaceful area. Yet you are still very close to all of South Beach's famous nightlife. Whether its the restaurants and shops on Ocean Dr. and Lincoln Blvd., or the clubs on Washington Blvd, they are located less than 10 blocks away. There is a public library 2 blocks away. For those of you who like to bike ride and walk, a boardwalk is located on the beach. And the beach is your backyard!
