rooms available for singles or couples

we have a 6 bedroom house with currently 3 guys renting. we have strict rules with cleaniless and ask consideration for others. voluntarily assistance with property upkeep is not required, but will not be turned away. no smoking aloud indoors, outside ok. no backyard fence (or neighbors) so we can work something out with a dog. primary school... dunno (all adults here) but the U of U and all universities are waaay out there. will allow parties as long as they're kept under control (out of respect for neighbors). NO drug use of any kind allowed. oh, and food is free for all, we buy, you buy, everybody buys, no naming their grub. we don't play gwilo. utilities included in rent. as for garage, we have 3 and will do 1st come 1st serve, fair enough. will have to share bathrooms... and chores. shopping centers off Bangerter with local theater. All we ask, respect for our house, we'll respect you.
