Share my beautiful home w/Pool

Share my lovely 4 bedroom house off Lakeshore Drive. I have an empty room here collecting dust but move-in ready. It's completely furnished with cute furniture and an study next to it for extra space and storage. The back yard is fenced in with a privacy fence and pool. My home is located far enough away from FSU and the downtown traffic but only a 10 minute drive to both. I'm a professional woman - very responsible, fun, neat & I work full-time 8-5 and travel quite a bit so I'm very busy. I would prefer to live with female graduate student or young professional but I'm willing to make exceptions for a more mature woman or undergraduate student.
