We normally would not want to rent out our home, but business has taken us elsewhere. We are invested in keeping the home in good condition, so we would be attentive to your needs if there was a problem. We are looking for responsible renters who appreciate that middle-class suburban family feel. We have great neighbors who enjoy having neighborhood BBQs and who look out for each other. The HOA is built into the price and covers sewer, garbage, snow shoveling, pool and grounds maintenance, the front yard, that the exterior of the home. The backyard is up to you to take care of, but is minimal. The home is next to the Bear creek recreational trail and the bear Creek Lake.
