Rooms for graduate students at UMass

House has 6 bedrooms (3 on each level), very, very large kitchen with 2 refrigerators, electric range, dishwasher. Two bathrooms (one on each floor). Downstairs bathroom is new as of August 2007. Parking for 6 cars. Across street from bus stop. Two rooms @$450 per month, two rooms at $425 per month, two rooms at $400 (price depends on size of room). The two largest rooms have sliding glass doors with an adjoining patio. Bus stop is right across the street (Belchertown Road #30 bus). Parking for 6 cars. All graduate students living there presently. No smoking and no pets. Students are graduating this May and have leases until August 31. So all rooms are available starting June 1, 2008 with option to renew September 1. Leases are from September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2008 with permission to sublet in the summer. Students share heating, electricity, and other utilities among 6 of them.
