Formal dinning & living rooms. Large back patio with gas bbq, children's play structure and pebble tec pool w/waterfall. Ammenities Provided: Linens, towels, dishes (fiesta ware), pots & pans, spices, laundry soap, toilet paper, ect. Terms: Rent is $1,000 per night / available dates 1/29/08-2/5/08 (4 night minimum) 50% down at time of booking. Balance due upon arrival. $750 Security Deposit.
