We have one room availble for rent in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house. Working washer/dryer. Complete kitchen and dining room. The backyard is fairly big and has a half-court baskbetball hoop. Our one car garage has a ping-pong table and couch in it. The living room is quite comfy, and the shower gets great water pressure. The entire house is hardwood floors, with exception to the bedrooms. The room for rent is a measure of 10.5/10.5 feet - basically enough to fit a big bed, desk, chair, and T.V set. It also has a double sliding mirror closet and a window view of the backyard. Parking is avaiable in our 2-car driveway, with no restrictions to parking on the street. No uncaged aimals allowed, and there's no smoking inside the house.

A major bus stop is just half-a-block away (fair grounds). A conveniant store is 3 blocks away. Nearest grocery store is a 2 minute drive. 10 minute bike ride to the UO campus. Roughly 7 minute bus ride to campus. 5 minute car drive to campus. We live basically in the middle of Eugene, so getting anywhere takes a max of ten minutes by car. 13th ave is a fairly busy road, but we have no complaints. Our neighbors are friendly and the town Fair that happens once a year is right across the street. We're not right on campus, but just enough distance to get away from the college life and stress when needed - being college students, we feel as if it's the ideal spot to live for the next few years.
