The kitchen is fully outfitted with newer stainless appliances, including a french door fridge with ice maker, filtered water dispenser and freezer drawers. The extra-silent dishwasher is brand-new. Stylish glassware, flatware, and vintage dishes are provided.
Off-street, covered parking is included. Tenants share a secure laundry room onsite. Property management is not onsite, but is located just a few blocks away and reachable 7 days/week.
Renter is responsible for electric and cable utilities. Gas, water, sewer, and waste disposal is included. No smoking or vaping in unit is permitted. small dogs (20 lbs and under) are allowed with a $250 refundable deposit. Bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels are provided at time of occupancy -- renter is welcome to purchase and use their own linens if preferred. A library of unique books, classic musicals (DVD), and CDs is included for renters' use while leasing the unit. Renters damaging or keeping any of the cataloged items will be charged accordingly. Housekeeping service through the property management agency can be arranged but is not provided in the monthly lease due.
Parking of one tenant vehicle in the complex parking area is permitted. Nearby street parking for guests is available. All tenants are asked to abide by the standards and policies of the Villa Hermosa HOA that governs the complex. Tenants violating HOA regulations will have their tenancy terminated.
