The houseboat is a single level open studio style space on a private gated slip in a well established marina.
Very quiet and peaceful area. It's ideal for guests looking for a budget friendly place to relax on the water.
If you are super picky or expecting the Ritz then this place isn't for you. It is extremely minimal and very basic.
LINENS: You are required to bring your own linens. There is a full-size mattress that is kept extremely clean. It has been in a protective zippered waterproof cover since new and also has a waterproof mattress pad along with an extra zippered cover.
There are four pillows provided that have zippered covers on them.
You are required to bring sheets, pillow cases and blankets just like of you were setting up at a campsite!
