Great for University of Houston main campus students. Less expensive than the UH apartments, more privacy and freedom than the UH dorms. Less than one block from the UH campus, on a street with a great mix of homes, some with families and some with college students. Features: Hardware floors, large living room, large den, and big backyard with covered patios. I had the same tenants from 2011-2016, 2016-2018, and 2018-2020. My tenants stay for multiple years, because I do my best to make you want to continue to stay year after year. When you notify me of problems with the house, I take care of them ASAP.
