I'm willing to do a reduced rent (from 1800 to 1150), in exchange for helping me do some projects on the property that will benefit the tenant (such as building a deck on the front of the house, adding a walk in shower in the main bath, and adding some rooms and a full bath in the basement. I'll pay for materials, you swing the hammer.
