Private and Secluded Venice Beach Cottage

This newly renovated and well appointed guest cottage captures the true essence of Venice with its open floor plan, high, wooden ceilings, and indoor/outdoor spaces. The cottage is located in one of the most coveted and quiet neighborhoods in Venice, yet is just a 20 minute walk to the beach, and only a couple of blocks from all of the popular shops, restaurants, and cafes on trendy Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was voted one of the "coolest" streets in the U.S. If you would like to more around town in a bike, there are several Bike Share stations nearby (see map in photo section). The cottage features a large sized bedroom with a queen bed, a very large common area with a full kitchen, dining area, and adjacent living room, which has a sleep sofa with a queen size bed for extra guests. The main area features french doors that open up to a quaint patio with a built -in sofa and outdoor gas grill. A parking space is located in front of the entrance. The guest house boasts a clean, contemporary, "beachy" decor, and includes many amenities such as WiFi and cable.
