I was very happy to find this beautiful newly built beach house. Everything was perfect. Very comfortable bedrooms and large bathrooms with lots of towels. This house has a large well equipped kitchen and large table with seating for 8. We were a family of 7 and everyone was comfortable and had their own space. The owner was very nice and came over to help us learn to work the TV's and alarm system. I highly recommend this house for a family group. It was a short walk to the beach and had a nice sidewalk all the way. The area around this home is nice. This home has separate temperature controls for the main area and the top floor. Nice washer and dryer and Keurig coffee maker with some K-cups included. Everything that we needed was included in this home. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. There is an outside shower to was off sand from the beach. Nice parking area in back and very convenient key-less entry.I will return to this beach house for a week or longer next time. We attended the 2018 Neptune Festival and this house was perfect for our family. For info, all bedrooms are upstairs. Around 16 steps to second floor and about 16 more steps up to top floor where the two double beds are. The steps did not bother our family. .
