The cottage has 2 bedrooms with 1 bed, built in dresser, night stand and closet in each room. The living room has hardwood floors with a sofa sleeper, end table, kitchen table with chairs and a flat screen t.v. The kitchen has a smaller Full size refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker,
pots and pans, dishes, dish rack, glassware, silverware and utensils.
This property is a resort: Oct-March- off season pricing is as shown:
12 week minimum extended stay required for price of
$900 per 4 weeks plus $500 deposit
4 week stay available for $1000 for term $400 deposit
Daily rate $85 per night
