No smoking allowed inside apartment. Tenant is responsible of all utilities ( heat, hot water, gas) with the exception of water. Beautiful and tremendously spacious apartment. Anybody would love it. Great quiet area. Has no washer or dryer hook up but has laundrymat down the street.
