We love pets (though sometimes require a pet deposit fee).

Smoking is not permitted inside at any time. Guests violating the non-smoking policy will forfeit their $300 security deposit.

The cottage is also within walking distance (half-mile) to the Martha's Vineyard ferry which makes a wonderful day trip. Falmouth center, with its additional shops and restaurants, town activities and kids' events is just 3 miles. Boston is 75 miles, for those wanting an occasional commute.
This cottage is located on a quiet, dead-end street in a family-friendly neighborhood and within walking distance of a great swimming beach, as well as the shops and restaurants (and wonderful bakery) of historic Woods Hole.
