Rental Application Requirements: • One year of employment: Formal letter from employer(s) noting annual or monthly salary (copy of one month pay stub with YTD earning is required) • Credit score approval is required • Security Deposit – First month rent $850.00 (non-refundable if lease contract is not canceled in writing and received by the 15th day at 11:59 p.m., the month prior to the move in date) • Application Fee - $25.00 ((non-refundable) all persons 18+ years of age, and work 37.5 hrs., to 40hrs must sign lease) • Six Month Lease and Renewal Option: Renewal is 60 days in advance prior to the end of the Rental Lease Expenses: • Monthly Rent: $850.00 (includes: Water Bill, BGE Gas Commodity Service Fee) • Tenant Responsible for: Baltimore Electric (through BGE). The bill must be placed in tenant’s name
