Very well maintained 3 bedroom apartment with spacious living area. Kitchen with gas stove. 1 bathroom. Shared washer and dryer in basement. Plenty of storage space set aside for the renter in the basement. The upstairs is owner occupied and the unit was lived in by a family for a number of years. The bedrooms and 2 common rooms all have hardwood floors. The apartment has been taken care of and is very nice. I am only looking to rent to those wishing to live in and maintain a nice apartment. This is not your typical run-down Albany apartment, and I will be continually keeping up with maintenance. There is a shared closed porch in the front, and an open 1st floor porch in the back, as well as a small shared fenced in yard that can be used for a small get together. Utilities are not included.
