I’m headed out on an international work assignment, and when I’m gone, I need someone who will enjoy my Valencia, California condo as much as I do. I’m looking for a responsible, quiet, clean renter who needs housing for up to 9 months (and maybe longer). My condo is available from March 29, 2014 to the end of December 2014, and possibly beyond! RENT: $1450 a month. Includes water and trash, electricity, gas and cable are extra. Fully furnished with carport parking space. WHERE IS IT? Everyone thinks Valencia/Santa Clarita is “so far away”! Not true! It’s just 16 miles from Hollywood, and on the weekend you can be in the heart of Hollywood in just an hour! My condo is located right off the I-5 freeway in close proximity to Six Flags Magic Mountain Amusement Park, and is super clean, warm, and inviting. It’s a one bedroom condo (758 sq ft), perfect for an individual or couple, located in the beautiful, tranquil, friendly Santa Clarita Valley. NEAR CAL ARTS: The unit is very close to the California Institute of Arts and College of the Canyons. In fact it’s right across the street from Cal Arts! This is a beautiful, clean and safe family-oriented community with boundless outdoor opportunities. THE SPACE: My condo is on the second floor of a two-story complex, just one neighbor below, so it is usually very peaceful and quiet. The unit is fully furnished and has a good sized living room, a dedicated office space, and small but fully functional kitchen with microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. There are also two stools to enjoy a lovely breakfast at the dining counter top. The bedroom has a super comfy double bed. The bathroom is bright and cheery with plenty of hot water for your daily shower and a tub for soaking.
