Our Condo is located at Watermarke on the second level, which is located on Jamboree/Campus and is close to either the 405 or 73 Freeway. The Watermarke Community is fully gated and we provide one covered parking space. Also, our Condo includes a stackable washer/dryer and a refrigerator. The bedroom is small, it can fit a queen size with no other large furniture. If you have a lot of bedroom furniture, it will not fit in this bedroom. This community does allow small dogs on the property: We will consider one small dog, however excessive barking will lead to removal of the dog from the property. No exceptions per HOA. The Watermarke Community provides you with amenities such as: fitness center, pools/spas, playgrounds, basketball court, tennis court, concierge and clubhouse with pool table/movie screening room.
