The three bedrooms, 2.5 baths with Carolina room and balcony is solid brick veneer, built in 1984, two stories Townhouse attached on one side to a smaller unit. The heated area is about 1750 square feet plus the Carolina room and the balcony. I am an architect and I just closed off the Building permit for the major renovation in September 2009. This house was my dream retirement/vacation house, but unfortunately, for family reasons we have to move across county. I am renting the house while I am also having it on the market for sale. The work took many months: full renovation of the interiors, I had the electrical wiring and panel replaced, all new plumbing, new wood, carpet and tile flooring, all new bathrooms and kitchen, new ceiling w/ light cove in Dining area, Kitchen and vestibule, three Tube skylights, in wall speakers wiring, all new internet/cable wiring to all rooms, new ceiling lights and fans, all new appliances, modular granite counters and ledge, stainless steel appliances, top of the line GE washer/dryer on a piped overflow pan and outside venting, new insulated French door from Living room to Carolina room. We repaved the entry porch, built a brick shed and entry canopy for winds up to 120 miles/hour and we landscaped the front, the side and the back of the property. The house has a large propane tank to the side of the Carolina room-outside and we installed a custom remote controlled fireplace with antique cast iron front. The full storage attic has the hot water heater which is 2 years old and the AC unit which was not replaced as it did not require it but I was planning on replacing it next year for a perfect house condition. The house will be vacant starting
