It is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 story with a 2 car garage 1350 square feet and each bedroom has it's own bathroom plus a 1/2 bath. The condo is only three years old but we are trying to move out of Oakland County due to our work. The rent is $1250.00 a month this includes the association fee, water, trash removal and cable tv. Pets are negotiable as is the terms of the lease. Our condo is gorgeous it has vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace, pool, hottub and alarm system. Nicely painted but feel free to repaint and make it your home! Crown moldings in the bedroom downstairs and in the dining room along with chair rail in both bedrooms. All appliances are included!
