This house is a double converted to a single, one side has 2 bedrooms and a loft, the other has 2 large bedrooms, the kitchen connects the 2 halves of the house. It has window unit air conditions and gas space heaters, all of the rooms have hardwood floors, except the loft which is carpeted, and the kitchen has linoleum floors. It is a wonderful property, and is being rented for less than my house note. The kitchen has been remodeled, and it comew with washer and dryer.
