Our new, fully air-conditioned Villa is very comfortably furnished, well equipped and close to Fort Myers in a quiet and secure living area of Cape Coral. It has got a private, screened and electro heated pool with western exposure. The living space of about 2,000 square feet devided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a joint living room and kitchen is suitable for up to 6 persons. The large sliding door of the living room against the pool area catches the beautiful red of each Florida sun.
