A nice cute home that has new appliances (fridge/oven) and plenty of natural light. The pictures should help you visualize it pretty well, I hope. There is plenty of off street parking and washer/dryer hookups. There is a dryer already in place (see pictures). Now for the "negatives". The house is small (juts over 800 sq feet) so please be aware of that. Also one of the three bedrooms is off the unfinished basement but has full access via its own basement door and is well lit.
