Attention to detail. That's the first thing that came to my mind when I walked into this home. In fact, I loved everything about it. This amazing 4 bedroom, 2 bath home was in such great shape. From its beautiful woodwork and custom flooring, to its huge yard and 87 acres of tranquil woodlands, hiking trails, and even a brook. this home has it all. Originally built in 1901, this home has recently been completely renovated, insulated, and added onto. Also, this summer, the landlord will be installing a brand new washer and dryer into the pantry next to the kitchen. Oh, and there's storage too. Not only does it have a large basement, but it also has an over-sized two-car garage. What is there to do for fun you ask? Well, it's just minutes to the Kennebec Highlands, which contains 6800 acres, and has the highest peaks in Kennebec County. It's also just minutes to Kimball Pond, and just a short drive to Belgrade Lakes. And don't forget, Farmington center is just 12 miles away. It's funny, initially I thought it was going to be too close to the road for my liking (see last photo), but was I ever wrong. After spending a few minutes inside, I had completely forgotten about any traffic outside. I'm guessing it might be well insulated in just the right places. After you see it, I think you'll agree that it's an enjoyable living space, and no detail has been overlooked with this incredible property.
