My wife and I purchased this wonderful home about two years ago. It is a wonderful home is a great location with easy access to the NE side, the South side, and downtown. The lower-level is currently unfinished with the exception of a full bathroom which was done when we purchased the home. The lower-level walks out to the back yard as well as easy access to the garage.
