I have an HUGE apartment to share if you are interested. $725.00 per month includes electric as well as high speed internet, cable and a land line. Should you not be interested in the internet, cable and land line the rent would be 650.00 which would still include electric. I would be more than happy to smoke only in the sitting room so that the rest of the house is smoke-free. You can also use the sitting room as your own kind of living/hang out room when you want privacy for friends or whatever.
I don't drink though I don't mind if other people do. I do not , however, want loud parties with a lot of alcohol inside. I have use of a huge yard as well with a fireplace I built, so some small partying could happen there or the "sitting room" is fine too.
The rental also includes TONS of storage as I also have the full attic which is also massive. All told the house is well over 2500 sq. ft not including the attic.

There is a Middle school right across the street, so if you have children they can use the playgrounds, track, baseball and football fields and much more while school is not in session. I love to watch the football, softball and more:)
There are also really nice trails for hiking/walking behind the school and all around the neighborhood which is really nice especially if you have a dog or children whom you want to "hang out" with.
I also have an incredible view as this home is built on the highest point of Mendon.
You can see Boston from the yard:) On a clear night the view of the stars is awesome!
This is an extremely quiet neighborhood with newly built homes nearby and extremely kind neighbors who watch out for each other and take very good care of their properties.
Mendon has quiet a few fabulous restaurants, a great ZooSouthwicks and access to a small lake that allows swimming, boating and lots of other water sports.
The house is just 2 miles from Milford in one direction which is wonderful as there are many great restaurants and things to do there. On the other side there is Northbridge which also has a lot to do and great restaurants and a Super Wal Mart newly built there.
Mendon is a combination of rural and suburban with a very quaint feel to it. The Middle School across the street used to be a High School and I graduated from that very High School.
There is a huge old barn on the property and a large private parking area.
Access to 495 and the Mass. Pike is just 6 miles away in one direction and 122, 122A and 146 toward Rhode Island in the other direction is just 7 miles away, so Providence is very easy to reach in about 35 minutes. Upton is just 5 miles away and Graftonwhich has a T Station is just a 25 minute ride and Worcester is just 35 minutes away. If you are looking for the perfect location you have just found it!
