The yard is very nice and large. It belongs to our grandfather who now lives in an assisted living facility. The home is rented as is and if anything goes wrong we will be happy to help assist in fixing it. Do with it what you would like, paint it, decorate it, add rooms, its all negotiable we just mainly want to keep owning it. It is perfect for vacationing hunters or fisherman, or even a small family starting out. Right down the road from a nice park and playground. Many fishing lakes and tons of hunting area!
