I have had bed and breakfast in the past and could furnish maid service and catering in any form. I entertain a lot myself and enjoy very much, can discuss rental if you find this interesting. Rent by the week, several days, I am flexible. I would like to rent this house for derby week and rent would be based on the occupancy. Would prefer I have 10 persons . I had to enter an amount which is not valid otherwise would not accept my application. Houses like this one are renting for the Derby and other special occasions are renting for 10 to 20 per week I would be happy to discuss your needs. I feel sure we could come to a happy conclusion.
