i am moving out of my apartment in a few days into a place that's a better location for me and need someone to move into my room until the lease is up in the beginning of september. my roommate has done the same with her bedroom. some features: -spacious front porch -two large living rooms -small kitchen with fridge, garbage disposal, and dishwasher -upstairs has large bathroom, and two bedrooms. my bedroom is the smaller of the two, but has an awesome window seat big enough for a book shelf or something else like that. -came furnished with two comfy couches, dining room table, chairs, a couple end tables and lamps, dressers, and desks. when we moved in we had the option of switching out furniture, choosing what we liked the best, so it's possible they would let you do that again. it's a nice location- right on high st by the bus stop, and seconds away from campus- and there is a lot of space. the rent is 329 per person, plus utilities. also, it doesn't come with a washer and dryer but it has washer and dryer hookups let me know if you're interested!
